Questions owners ask
Do I need to know marketing to use this?
No. You give it your website and a few facts about your business, such as services, areas you serve and questions customers ask. It drafts a 30-day plan you can edit. After that, most of your time goes into approving or rejecting things from your phone.
Will it post or spend money without asking?
Not unless you allow it. Anything that publishes starts in "ask me first" mode. You can loosen that per action, for example letting 5★ review replies go out automatically. Ad spend, broadcasts, review requests, replies to 1–3★ reviews, flagged replies, your website and blog articles always need your approval.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Your connected accounts stay in your name, so nothing breaks when you leave.
Do you support text messages (SMS) and calls?
Yes. Leads arrive on WhatsApp, SMS, calls and your website, plus Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Messenger and Instagram DMs. Missed-call text-back works for US, Canadian and Australian numbers through Twilio: a missed call gets a text within seconds and becomes a lead. In the US, business texting needs A2P 10DLC registration before messages flow. Owner updates come on WhatsApp (or SMS or email).
Do I have to use WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp approvals are the fastest way to say yes, but you can approve by email, in the app or in Telegram. If you do use WhatsApp, you connect your own number through Meta's official signup and the account stays in your Meta Business portfolio.
Will the AI chat freely with my customers?
No. Our lead qualifier does one job: it answers from the facts and FAQ you approved, asks your qualifying questions, and hands over to a person when it is unsure, when someone asks for a human, or when there is a complaint. That is also what Meta requires: since January 2026 it does not allow general-purpose AI chatbots on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Is it ready to use on day one?
Most of it. Some features wait on approvals from the platforms themselves, such as Meta app review for ads and WhatsApp and Google's approval for Business Profile API access. During the trial we tell you which of your channels are live.
Which languages does it write in?
Review replies are written in the reviewer's language, so a review in Spanish gets a reply in Spanish. For posts, articles and ads you can set the languages your brand uses. If a draft is in a language you don't read well, check it carefully before you approve, as you would with any writer.
Can my agency manage several clients?
Yes. Each client gets its own workspace, its own connected accounts and its own products. Clients can approve work from their phone without an account. See BeeCMO for agencies.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export it for 30 days after canceling, or ask us to delete your workspace and connected-account tokens straight away. See Data deletion and our Privacy policy.
